How to Bid Remotely with Cowan’s

Cowan’s offers three different ways to bid from the comfort of your own home at our auctions: Absentee, by phone, or live online. Below are step-by-step instructions for each type of bidding, but if you have any questions or need help registering, do not hesitate to call Cowan’s at 513-871-1670 for assistance.

First: Log Into Your My Cowan’s Account

Step 1: Click the “Sign In/Register” link in the top right corner your screen. This link will be here regardless what page you are on on cowans.com.

Step 2: A window will pop up asking for your login information. Enter your email address and your My Cowan’s password the click “Login.” If you do not have an account with Cowan’s, click the “Create Account” button.

Step 3: You are now logged in to your account! Before you can bid in an auction, though, you need to make sure you have a credit card on file. In the top right corner of the page, click the “My Cowan’s” link.

Step 4: Once your account window comes up, click the “Billing” tab. If you already see a credit card here, you can begin bidding immediately! If not. Click the “Add a New Card” link and enter your information.
