** WWII U.S. Inland Division M1 Carbine

.30 carbine caliber, 18" barrel, S/N 684370. Parkerized finish, walnut high wood stock with faint crossed cannon cartouche and IO mark in sling cut, all early features including flip-type rear sight. No bayonet lug, 9-44 barrel date, push button safety, Inland trigger group, flat bolt, and two-rivet hand guard. No magazine.

Condition:

Very good condition with an excellent bore. This gun has been "restored" with original parts, as you can see where there was a bayonet lug at one time and a punch mark in front of the rear sight.  Still, it retains most of its military finish and is a nice collectible WWII carbine.
