Lot of 2 posters, printed with text and imagery urging the American public to participate in national fundraising efforts for World War I.

Cleveland War Fund, 13.875 x 22 in. Artwork by Nelson A. Arend, featuring a bald eagle holding war fund tags in its beak, with text reading, "Cleveland / War / Fund/ All for Victory / Give! Give! / Your All is less / than "Others" / are giving / Give!" Cleveland was one of many cities that organized independent funds in support of military aid services, including the Red Cross, YMCA, YWCA, YWCAWR, Salvation Army, and Knights of Columbus. Printed in Cleveland, OH: The Central Lithograph Co., ca 1917. 

Joan of Arc Saved France, 30 x 19.875 in. Haskell Coffin's Joan of Arc appears in a full suit of armor, brandishing a sword in her right hand against a blue background. Cleveland poster with wear to corners. War Savings Stamps poster with brittleness, creasing, and significant wear to edges and corners, including tears and losses. Stapled to cardboard backing as reinforcement.
