** Winchester Third Type Model 90 Rifle
.22 LR caliber, 24" octagonal barrel, S/N 710685. Blued barrel and frame with grooved forend and plain wrist. Flip front sight with v-notch rear sight and Marble peep tang sight.Left side of barrel forward of rear sight marked with two-line address and patent dates alongside model and caliber. Lower tang marked with serial number.
Condition:
Good. Most of the original finish remains with some wear to sharp edges of barrel with some dents to edges and light rust frosting. Magazine tube has a smooth light gray color with receiver showing a light gray finish with some remaining bluing. Stock shows some markings and dents consistent with age and use but no major cracks or splits. Bore is very good; shiny with minor removed pitting, minor wear to rifling.
