** Winchester 1894 U.S. marked Saddle Ring Carbine

30-30 Win. 20" Barrel S/N 837594 Mfg. 1918 Blue barrel and action US and Flaming Bomb present on receiver. Saddle ring on left side of receiver. Flip up ladder type safety, walnut stock with carbine style buttplate.

Condition:

Very Good. No blue present on receiver. Barrel retains original blue with some thinning in high use areas. Action is solid and tight. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Stock retains original factory finish. Winchester 1894s were used by the military in WW1 and WW2 mostly for guard duty domestically and there are photos of 1894s being carried in France by American GIs.
