ADS, Denver, CO., 6 May 1889. Signed by Zeph Hill, U.S. Marshal. Cover letter that accompanied papers needing to be filed in Ouray, CO.

Partially printed DS William B. Daniels, County of Boise, Territory of Idaho, 6 Sept. 1865. Notice with instructions to appear in court to answer complaint that he owed M. Heller & Bros. $940.14 plus interest and costs. 7.5 x 12.5 in.

Partially printed summons, County of Boise, Territory of Idaho, 9th Jan. 1866. Complaint would have been in the attached sheet (not present), but the amount disputed is $284. 8 x 11 in.

Warrant, Boise City, Idaho, 24 Jan. 1883. Order payment to the Sheriff of Nez Perce County for transporting prisoner to the penitentiary. 5 x 8.5 in.

Partially printed DS, Governor of the State of Montana, 18 Feb. 1897, to all sheriffs in the state to capture a fugitive from the State of Idaho, Fred Gleason, wanted for murder. Signed by Secretary of State, T.S. Hogan. Addendum affixed with brads from the Sheriff of Deer Lodge indicating that the fugitive was in his custody and was being sent to Idaho.

Warrant, City of Deadwood, Territory of Dakota, County of Lawrence, 11 July 1887. Check to pay E. MacDonald for $100. 3.5 x 7.75 in.

"Summons - Money Demand." Woody County, Territory of Dakota, 4 Nov. 1876. Order for J.M. Runyon to appear to answer a complaint for $22.

"Summons - Money Demand," Moody County, Territory of Dakota, 15 Nov. 1878. Order for Wm. Gleason to appear to answer the charge of plaintiff that he is owed $14.35.

Plus fractional currency, 50 cents, William H. Crawford, series of 1875 and 10 cents, William M. Meredith, series 1874. Both in very good condition, although not professionally graded.
