Lot of 12.

Seven warrants for Hays County, today part of the Austin metropolitan area. 14 Oct. 1876, for J.F. Rowley and Napoleon Rowley, charged with murder; 19 March 1877, for Mitchell Melton for theft of a mare; 13 October 1889, for Albert Harvey, for "carrying a pistol about his person;" 13 Sept 1893, for W. Whisenant and Laura Matlock for Adultery; 16 Se[t 1895 for Senernuno Sanchez for unlawfully carrying a knife; 20 Oct. 1896 for Ab Phillips for unlawful gambling; 22 Dec. 1898 for the Portal Telegraph Cable company for damages done to crops by the company in an unlawful trespass on the complainant's property.

Three summonses for El Paso County. First is a summons for a number of people to appear in court at San Elizario to testify on behalf of the plaintiff, 30 Sept 1871. Second is a summons for two men to testify on behalf of the state in court in El Paso, dated 13 Dec. 1892. Third is a warrant for Tom Parero to pay the "penal sum" of $200, dated June 1902.

Check made out on First National Bank of San Antonio, for $75.00. To P.F Garrett, Sheriff. March 19, 1900.
