[WESTERN AMERICANA]. ADDIS BONANZA STUDIO, photographer. Boudoir photograph of four heavily armed gentlemen, possibly miners. Silver City, NM: [ca 1870s-1880s].

5 x 7 7/8 in. albumen photograph on cardstock mount (toning, some fading, scattered spotting to image; mount with corner/edge wear and some minor loss, some light horizontal creasing through mount, which doesn't seem to have impacted the image). Photographer's imprint on mount recto; penciled notes and inked identification "Uncle Barry Lohman?" on mount verso. A studio portrait of 4 mustachioed men posed together before a painted backdrop. Three of the men are seated or standing upright and wear cartridge belts with revolvers tucked in their holsters. Two of the men hold long sticks while the third man at right holds a Winchester rifle, possibly model 1873. The fourth man sits in a reclining position, also holding a possible model 1873 Winchester. The group of men are shown with what looks to be camping and mining equipment.
