.455 caliber, 6" barrel, S/N 335671. Matching numbers. Blued finish with checkered wood grips. Pinned blade front sight. marked throughout with British proofs and acceptance stamps along with a British "sold out of service" marking on left side of frame. Includes woven cotton holster with acceptance stamps, British markings and last name "SIPPLE".
Fair to good. Most of the blued finish has worn away with some remnants in low areas and around cylinder. Grips are in good condition with some handling marks and blemishes but no serious cracks or splits. Action is tight. Bore is good; some old storage dust with visible edges to rifling.
