Chromolithograph print, 28 x 22 in., capturing the grand entrance of the United States Battleship into Cuba's Havana Harbor on January 25, 1898. The USS Maine was ultimately destroyed by a mysterious explosion on February 15, killing 260 men and precipitating the Spanish-American War of 1898.
