* Springfield M-1 Garand Rifle,

.30-06 caliber, barrel length xxx, serial number 3792499. Barrel is marked 3 S A 8 95 and has an inverted P. Bolt is marked D28287-195A. Receiver is marked D 28291 35. Trigger housing is marked D28290-13-SA. OP rod is marked D35382 9 SA and is unaltered. Gas cylinder has the narrow front sight base. Stock is cartouched with SA over NFR in a box and a small advance wheel to the rear. There is a serifed P in a circle over the forward side of the pistol grip and a tiny ordnance wheel on the bottom of the grip.

This rifle is a complete unmodified late WWII rifle.

Condition:The short barrel has been cleaned. The rifle is in very fine condition. There is a 1" piece of wood missing from the lower right forward edge of the front handguard. Complete with a green cloth sling. The front sight seal is absent. This is a very fine example of the late WWII MI rifle.
