Single Barrel Halfstock Percussion Shotgun

16 gauge. 36" octagonal to round barrel. SN: NSN. Browned metal finish, lock possibly case hardened. Hardwood stock has a plain straight grip and forearm with single barrel band. Percussion shotgun with a blade front sight. Item has no markings except for a brass plate on left side that reads PAT'D JAN. 69./FEB. 66. 73.

Condition:

Poor to fair. Bore is dark. Finish has darkened and has a mottled brown-grey appearance, with scratching and pitting overall. Wood stock has scratching and mars overall, with several cracks behind lock. Trigger is very loose but action is still functional.
