Shakespeare's Seven Ages in Photograph Form,
framed set of 7 albumen cabinet cards with original ornate mat and labels. Entitled "Shakspeare's (sic) "Seven Ages.", "Photographed by J. Landy, Cincinnati, O.". Includes "At first, the Infant." through "Last Scene of all.". Also includes a wonderful manuscript three page letter on letterhead of Dr. Edwin F. Landy identifying each of the models for the "Seven Ages", with the soldier being James Landy, the photographer himself. Frame is 39.75" wide x 10.3" high.
Condition:EXC., Ms letter with even toning.
