.22 caliber, 25.25" barrel, NSN. Blued finish with grooved forend. Blade front sight with dovetailed rear sight mount. Barrel is tapped. Top of barrel marked with two-line Savage address. barrel above bolt marked with caliber.
Condition:
Fair to good. Finish has taken on an overall plumb coloration with some scattered oxidation and light rust frosting. Stock shows some minor handling marks but is otherwise free of cracks, splits, and other damage. Middle barrel band screw appears to be replaced. Bore is good; bright with visible rifling.
