**Rare H&R Model 1905 Shotgun

.44 Shotshell, 26" barrel, S/N A40038. Blued and case hardend finish, smooth pistol-gripped walnut stock with checkered H&R logo composite buttplate, smooth splinter forend. Small frame variant of the earlier Model 1900 shotgun, the 1905 was available in .44, 14mm and .410 Eley. This is the most desirable variant of the 1905 as it is in .44 caliber and features the auto-ejector not often found on these guns.

Condition:

Very good to fine. Retains most of the blued and case hardened finish, with some fading and loss and some scattered freckles of surface oxidation. All markings crisp and clear, mechanically functional, fine, bright bore. Stock with scattered nicks and dings.
