House on left of reb. works, a road runs between it & their fortification - completely riddled by shot"; and "Port Hudson church - used by rebels as a store house, and showing the effects of 20 pd. Parrot shell."

Gen. house view has undergone some fading, contrast light. Imperfection along lower left portion of print appears to be in negative. Small chip/imperfection along left edge, near lower left corner.
