Reverend Elmer Ellsworth Higley, was a minister, published author and lecturer during the early 1900's.  He traveled the west at that time, on behalf of the Board of Homes Missions for the Methodist Church.

Provenance:Collected by Reverend Elmer Ellsworth Higley (b. 1867) and descended through the family
