Manuscript document to Col. John McElvain, Adjutant General's Office, Columbus (Ohio) Aug. 31, 1827. Notice that Joseph McElvain was duly elected Lieutenant Colonel in 2 Brig., 7 Division. Signed John Warner.

Souvenir copy of the New York Herald, April 15, 1865. This one with "Extra 8:10 am." which the Herald never issued. This is one of Kitchel's Liniment advertising souvenirs from 1890. Kitchel produced this annually from 1890 to 1908.
