American, early 20th century. An assembled group of thirteen plaques and signs including, a red sign for the Upson Walton Co (Cleveland, Ohio) Recording Winch from the Wkg. Steamer "Favorite", a builder's plate for Cooper Bessemer Co. (Mount Vernon, Ohio), a builder plate from the "Tennessee" of the Great Lakes Towing Co., a porcelain "General Alarm" safety sign, an American Ship Windlass (Providence, Rhode Island) builder's plate, a American Ship Windlass Co. builder's plate from the "Favorite", a porcelain "Notice" sign, and several smaller builder's plates from General Electric, The Toledo Ship Building Co., The Atlantic-Pacific Mfg. Corp., Morrison Life Raft, and The American Ship Building Co.; (largest) ht. 10, wd. 7 in.
