National Air Transport and Colonial Air Transport Inc. Counter Displays

A colorfully illustrated Colonial Air Transport Inc. cardboard counter display advertising a flight from New York to Boston. Features a dark and light blue biplane flying over a city skyline and a yellow text box with dark blue lettering. Measures 8.25 x 10.5 in. ca, 1926-1930. 

Blue, white, and red cardboard advertisement for the National Air Transport rail-air service from Baltimore to Chicago with new hi-speed airplanes with heating and radio equipment. Measures 11 x 14 in. ca. 1925-1930. 

The National Air Transport was a large American airline that formed in 1926, but was absorbed by Boeing in 1930.  Colonial Air Transport had a similar history and was an early airline organized in 1926, but absorbed by American Airlines in 1930.

Condition:Both are in very good condition, the Colonial advertisement has some cracking of the cardboard.
