Scrimshawed powder horn with what appears to be a leather wrapped wood plug and a brass spout. Powder horn also features tacks and copper nails overall. Contemporary scrimshaw appears to be of a soldier and Native American each with flintlock rifles, surrounding what appears to be an Easter egg above a banner that reads "INVICAS MAJESTRATUS VIRUM". Scrimshaw is black in some areas, while other areas are not colored. Item does not have provenance and is of indeterminate age. Without spout plug.
Condition:
Item has discoloration, scratching, and some dings overall. Appears to be missing a nail toward spout.
