Photo album, 10 x 7 in., originally housing twenty-six photographs, most of which are now loose, taken primarily in Stoughton, Massachusetts between 1917 and 1927. Many feature benign family portraits of children and young adults, though two images were taken at a minstrel show on April 15, 1927. Subjects identified on verso as Everett Porter and [B]ernard Vermoskus. Of additional note are two unmarked images of an African American man hung from a tree, surrounded by a group of at least five onlookers.
