Lot of Three Japanese Samurai Sword Tsubas including Shakudo Nanako Tsuba with Gamboling Shishi in Gold

1.) 2.75" width. 3" length. Shakudo Nanako Tsuba with golden shish frolicking among silver and gold blossoms with copper highlights. Obverse shows further silver and gold blossoms.

2.) 2.75" width. 2.9" length. Iron tsuba depicting two dragons encircling Nakago-ana (cut for blade). Item shows gold accents to the whiskers and eyes of each dragon with additional accents throughout.

3.) 2.75" width. 2.75" length. Iron tsuba with carved leaf design with stems and blossoms and partially obscured signature possibly reading "Bushu Ju". Tsuba has been drilled through in two places alongside Nakago-ana.

Condition:

1.) Fine. Lacquer to stems and rocks in background is worn at the outer edges. Gold accents show some wear and weakening to edges but fine details still visible. 

2.) Good. Tsuba displays a deep brown finish overall with patches of oxidation around Nakago-ana and within various details. Gold accents show some wear and weakening at edges.

3.) Fair. Pair of modern drill holes to each side of Nakago-ana have obscured a portion of the signature. Otherwise retains a strong brown finish with some traces of oxidation within details.
