Lot of 3 Brass Frame Signal Flare Pistols
Lot of three brass frame signal flare pistols including:
1.) International Flare Signal Company - 37mm. 8" barrel length. SN:29014. Blued metal finish to barrel with brass frame and grip. Break top flare signal flare pistol with checkered grip and lanyard ring. Item is marked PT NOV '44 to right side of frame.
2.) 10 gauge. 9" barrel length. SN:7134. Blued metal finish to barrel with brass frame and hardwood grips. Break top flare signal pistol. Markings include Remington manufacturer marks to top of barrel.
3.) French WWI G.G. & CIE Brass Signal Flare Pistol - 25mm. 4" octagonal to round barrel. SN:10104. Brass finish to barrel and frame, blued hammer and trigger, with checkered hardwood grips. Left of frame marked G.G. & CIE. Octagonal portion of barrel has a single line etched to left side, and four lines etched to right side.
Condition:
All items are in fair to good condition.
1.) Bore is dark. Pitting to finish. Brass frame has green oxidation scattered overall. Action is functional.
2.) Bore is dark. Finish shows pitting and scratching overall. Barrel does not lock when breech is closed. Action is functional. Grips show wear.
3.) Bore is somewhat dark. Finish has some scattered pitting, scratching, and discoloration overall. Grips have some losses and wear to checkering. Action is functional.
