Lot of 10 Horn Powderflasks
Lot of 10 horn powder flasks ranging from 5.5" to 10.5" long. Materials include horn bodies with wood, horn, and brass plugs and spouts. Some retained by iron tacks. One unsigned horn has a glass viewer to spout and is fitted with woven green cord shoulder sling.
Condition:
All items in good condition. Horns show wear and abrasions to corners with some displaying splits forming along flanks of horn or spout. Wood plugs show abrasions and discolorations with one horn chipped around edge of plug. Green sling shows some fraying to one end where it has been retied. Some discolorations overall.
