** Koshikawa Arsenal Type 38 Arisaka with Ground Mum and 7 Digit Serial Number

6.5x50mmSR. 31" barrel length. SN: 1149473. Brown patina dominates all meal components. Two piece laminated wood semi-pistol grip stock. Bolt-action 5-shot repeating rifle displays the Koshikawa Arsenal marking and early S proof mark to barrel. Item features an adjustable tangent rear and front blade sights, finger grooves to forend, sling swivels, and a ground {Chrysanthemum}. Comes with cleaning rod. Serial numbers do not match.

Condition:

Poor to Fair. Bore is dark with patina and oxidation throughout but visible rifling. Overall metal finish is a dark brown patina with speckled oxidation to upper barrel and receiver. Wood furniture has handling wear, mars, dings, and some chips overall.
