A FINE ASSOCIATION SET given by Johnson Publishing to Illinois Governor Otto Kerner. Kerner served as Chairman of The National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, whose 1968 "Kerner Report" declared that our nation was "moving toward two societies, one black, one white - separate and unequal."
