8x22mm. 4.5" barrel length. SN: 68005. Blued metal finish with straw-colored small parts. Grip panels with horizontal grip serrations. Single action semi automatic pistol with large triggerguard, no additional magazine spring, and grooved cocking knob. Frame shows Kokubunji production markings to left of serial number with date mark to frame reading 14.10 indicating item manufactured in October, 1929. Standard type and safety markings elsewhere. Serial numbers to metal parts match but no serial numbers to firing pin or firing pin spring guide. Magazines do not match pistol. Grips have no serial numbers. Comes with Japanese pattern flap holster and two magazines.
Good. Bore is very bright with some dust and residue. Metal finish thinning with brown patina over gripstraps and triggerguard. Some straw finish remains to trigger and safety. Bolt shows mottled gray patina. Grips have handling wear with mars, crack to right panel above magazine release, and abrasion to left grip panel from safety lever being pushed around. Holster has some cracking to edges of flap, fraying of stitching, and wastage to interior. Brass stud has oxidation overall.
