.36 caliber. 32" heavy octagonal barrel. SN: NSN. Half-stock percussion rifle with an adjustable notch sight and double set triggers. Blued metal finish and brass buttplate. Wood stock has a plain straight grip and forearm with a silver forend cap. Features a serpentine style triggerguard and patchbox. Item is without front sight. Appears signed on right side of barrel but signature is obfuscated.
Condition:
Fair. Bore appears dark. Finish has developed dark patina and surface oxidation overall. Wood stock has minor scratching and nicks overall. Metal fixtures have minor denting and wear.
