Milton Rich's (ca 1895-1975) World War II Draft Registration card identifies his birthplace as Arlington, Georgia, and his residence as Buffalo, New York. He is also listed with the same birthplace and city of residence in federal censuses for the years 1930 and 1940. A membership certificate identifies him as a Garveyite and member of the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities (Imperial) League in Buffalo (consignor's private collection, not included).
