Two stage barrel has a section chiseled with Arabesque motifs including palm leaves and mandala pattern engravings. Barrel also features sunburst engraving around brass front sight, and chiseled bordering around flared muzzle. Lock features simple scroll and what appears to be either an illegible lock manufacturer name, or stylized zig zag engravings to center. Item features a brass sideplate and buttplate, with saddle bar to left side and a carved bone ramrod. Item is without flint. Item has a heavy mainspring which is a possible indicator that it was made for the tourist trade.
