Fine Civil War Outdoor Tintype of Soldiers and Civilians,

unidentified group of at least twenty jaunty civilian men and boys, some barefoot, others dressed like soldiers, with another ten uniformed privates posed together for an anonymous photographer in celebration of some long-forgotten occasion on the home front. No signage or insignia visible in this clear shot that shows a variety of clothing styles with two wagons just visible in the background.

Condition:Plate with spidering in top varnish and one abrasion upper left, else VG with strong contrast and clarity for an outdoor image. Housed in complete composition case.
