Early Spanish Miquelet Pistol

.675 bore diameter, 9' octagonal-to-round barrel with cannon muzzle.  Two hallmarks on the top of the breech. Carved decorative steelwork covering rear half of the barrel. Floral design pieced brass work on the butt of the stock and around the tang. Large belt hook, iron triggerguard. Walnut stock.

All brass has nice untouched patina. Barrel and triggerguard with nice patina, smooth and no major pitting. Stock with nice uncleaned original patina. Overall an excellent example of a Spanish pistol made in the mid-1700s.
