Eagle Manufacturing Co. Front-Loading Pocket Revolver

.30 caliber, 3.5" octagonal barrel, S/N 4377.  Barrel and frame numbers matching.  Blued barrel with brass frame and plain wood grips.  Five-shot front-loading cylinder with forward-facing ejector on right side of frame.  Top of barrel marked "MERWIN AND BRAY FIREARMS CO., NY."  Cylinder marked with 1859 and 1863 patent dates.  

Condition:

Fair.  Barrel has a dark patina with some scattered rust.  Frame has lost nearly all of its silver finish with only vague remnants behind hammer.  Frame has a dark coloration and dull luster.  Cylinder has a dark salt and pepper color.  Markings are legible with some difficulty.  Grips have some cracks and both are missing front corners.  Appears mechanically functional.  Bore is fair with some visible rifling remaining.
