12 gauge, 33" barrels, no S/N. Browned finish, checkered straight-gripped walnut stock with single key forend and German silver mounts, iron buttplate and triggerguard. Lightly engraved back action percussion locks marked R&WC Biddle Phila. Barrels marked "London" on the rib, with some simple scroll engraving at the breech and with post-1813 Birmingham proofs underneath.
Condition:
Fair. Retains some of an applied brown finish with weak markings on barrel, clearer on locks. Mechanically functional, hammers slightly loose, fair bores with pitting and oxidation. Stock fair, sanded with wear, dings, dents and mars.
