medium folio, from 1864 depicting Lincoln acting like a fool, Fessenden (Secy. of Treasury) cranking "Chase's Patent Greenback Mill", churning out $1000 and $5000 dollar bills. Sitting around the table are Stanton (Secy. of War), "Uncle Abe", Seward (Secy. of State), Wells (Secy. of the Navy), and 2 contractors with their hands out. Black and white lithograph, framed under glass, with 12 x 15" visible.

Condition:Light toning, a few minor damp stains; not removed from frame for examination.
