*Colt Woodsman 3rd Series Match Target
.22 LR. 4.5" barrel. 087466S. Single-action hammerless semi-automatic pistol. Has glossy-black blued finish, and checkered walnut grips with thumb rest. Hammerless design with a straight-grooved flat mainspring cover. Features Elliason adjustable rear and front sights. Has standard manufacturer marks to both sides of slide and frame. This Woodsman model is a 3rd series Match Target pistol made after 1955, therefore the slide is shortened and the magazine ejector has been moved to the heel of the grip. Manufactured from 1915-1977, the Colt Woodsman was known as the essential target pistol for many outdoorsman. According to the serial number, this model was manufactured ca. 1975.

Condition:
Very good. Has a bright bore with sharp rifling. There are small residue build ups underneath the rear end of slide, grip assists, and to the right side grip checkering. Some spots of oxidation to bottom of removable magazine.
