Colt Second Generation 1862 Police Pocket Model
.36 caliber. 5.5" barrel length. SN: 51363. Single-action 5-shot percussion revolver. Blued metal finishing to barrel, cylinder, and trigger guard with a case hardened finish to frame, hammer, and cartridge extractor. 3-screw frame design, fixed tapered cone front sight, and plain walnut grips. Top of barrel features Colt New York address. Left of trigger guard marks caliber, and left frame displays two line manufacturer patent mark. Serial number is stamped three times to bottom of barrel, frame, and trigger guard. Item also has last four numbers of serial marked on butt of grip. Includes commemorative Colt Authentic Black Powder case in black, lined with gold felt. Included in case are replicas of original measurer, capper, loader, and cap container. This 2nd generation Colt 1862 Police Pocket model percussion revolver was most likely manufactured using Italian-made parts, and assembled by either Colt or Iver Johnson sometime between 1970-1982.

Very good. Appears to be some residue near cylinder lockup. Bore is frosty with some residue. Has a few scratches to left side grip.
