.38 caliber, 6" barrel length, S/N 8829. Marking on the left side of the barrel "Colt D.A. .38". Left side of the frame marked "R.A.C.". Top of the barrel marked with Colt Hartford address over patent dates. Front blade sight. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Blue finish with smooth walnut grips.
Condition:
Good condition overall retaining some of the blue finish. The wear on the barrel is to the muzzle and signs of holster wear. The cylinder shows drag marks and wear to the edges of the flutes. The frame and trigger guard show wear to the edges. The grips are fair with chips to the edges as well as nicks and dings throughout. Good bore and mechanically good.
