**Colt Army Special
.38 caliber. 6" barrel length. SN: 447644. Double-action revolver with 6-shot fluted swing out cylinder, spur hammer, cartridge extractor, and fixed notch and blade sights. Blued metal finish and checkered hard rubber grips with Colt logo reliefs to both. Has standard manufacturer marks. Grips appear to be original and have matching serial numbers scrawled to backsides. Manufactured in 1920.
Condition:
Very good. Bore is immaculate and rifling is sharp. Cartridge chambers are clean. There are losses to finish near muzzle and on sharp edges of cylinder. Finish has thinned to sides of barrel and grip straps. Right grip has several bites and light wear to checkering.
