.45 caliber, 5" barrel length, S/N 99401 (ca. 1914). Left side of the slide action marked with 2 line patent dates lines next to 2 line Colt Hartford address. A Rampant Colt logo is present at the end of the slide near the hammer. Right side of the slide action marked "Model of 1911 U.S. Army". Front ramp sight and rear notched sight. Blue finish with checkered walnut grips.
This gun has been re-blued and retains most of the finish with wear mostly to the edges. The grips are good with minor nicks and dings. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanically good.
