4 CDVs of Port Hudson. Each with McPherson & Oliver's imprint on verso. One with manuscript label on verso "rebel citadel;" second with manuscript note in lower margin recto "water view of Port Hudson."
With cabinet card featuring printed map of Port Hudson. Lower margin of recto: "Bowers, Lynn, Mass." On verso "G.S. Andrews, / Gen'l Agent / Salem - Mass." Map shows positions of all of the Federal troops encircling the fort, including gunboats upstream and downstream of the structure. Card with gilt beveled edges and rounded corners.
