John Lyman Lovell (1825-1903) was a prominent photographer in Amherst, Massachusetts, operating the Amherst Picture Gallery, publishing the Amherst Photographer in 1868, and even serving as a class photographer for Amherst College. 


CDV with light wear to edges/corners. Imprint with some wear. Penciled collection numbers/codes along upper edge of verso.
