Buffalo Bill Cody, Early 20th Century Photographs, Incl. Hiscock Photos Taken at Frost Cave

Lot of 4 silver gelatin photographs, including two 3.5 x 3.5 in. photographs on 5 x 5 in. mounts, capturing Buffalo Bill on horseback at a Wild West Show in Norwood, OH, May 7, 1901, as identified in pencil on mount verso. Images a bit faded, light even toning. Crease/short tear in mount of photograph showing Cody looking left, along top left edge/corner. 

Two 5 x 7 in. photographs on 8 x 10 in. mounts, each credited lower right in the negative and on mount to local photographer and Cody's personal friend, F.J. Hiscock. Each captioned in the negative, "Col. Cody escorting the first Ladies to visit and enter the wonderful Frost Cave near Cody, Wyo. - Feb. 11th, 1909." Photographs in very fine condition. Light corner/edge wear to mounts.
