Brady CDV of Lincoln In Profile,

O-88, with Brady's National Photographic Portrait Galleries imprint on verso. A desirable view of the President photographed by the master in Washington, D.C., in 1864 and referred to as the "craggy profile." A penciled notation on back, presumably in Brady's hand, reads $15.00 per hundred (Brady) attesting to the volume of his commercial enterprise.
