Story, cover and art by James Dixon, "a soul brother," with the first appearance of Mr. Habeas Corpus, a cigar-smoking lawyer. The rear wrapper adverises the next issue scheduled for December 2, 1972, but it appears to have never been published. Not listed in Overstreet. 

Condition:

Some toning as is typical with newsprint, else very fine.
