** Atlas Rifle Model 1906

.22 short. 22" barrel length. SN: NSN. Single shot falling block-type action where cartridge is left exposed and only concealed by striking hammer. Features a spur hammer, serpentine-style trigger guard, and fixed v-notch and beaded sights. Blued metal finish with plain straight grip walnut stock and forearm.

Condition:

Fair. Bore is dark. Retains some of original finish, with most of barrel appearing as a mottled grey color due to thinning. Wood stock has a large crack that extends from left side of forearm to grip. The crack is through the stock causing the grip to flex, and the hammer to misfire as a result. Appears the crack was made either by a drill mark to left side, or from general use considering the exposed breech design.
