Ames M1832 Foot Sword,
19" blade, marked at ricasso N.P.Ames. Eagle on the reverse and further marked United States and dated 1845. With leather scabbard.
Condition:Blade is smooth and grey with some salt and pepper pitting. Brass handle is nicely tarnished. Leather has some scuffing. Hole in the right side of scabbard.
