Ames M1832 Foot Artillery Short Sword,

19" blade with three blood fullers. Fish scale brass handle with crossguard. Etched with eagle and marked on ricasso N.P. Ames and reverse is dated 1833. Leather scabbard with brass tip, throat and frog.

Condition:Blade has been lightly cleaned with several light areas of staining. Brass crossguard has some nicks. Leather scabbard has some cracking and crazing.
