Likely taken at Camp Lee (now Fort Lee) in Prince George County where the Quartermaster Replacement Training Center (QMRTC) started training in February 1941 with 25,000 by 1942 and 35,000 by 1944. By the end of the war, Camp Lee was the center of both basic and advanced training of Quartermaster personnel. It is now home to the US Army Quartermaster Museum.
